Most of the Tick bites don’t transmit harmful microbes. But, certain species of ticks carry several tick-borne diseases. The symptoms of the diseases develop after many days or weeks after the tick bite. Only two species of ticks are known to transmit diseases, i.e., Hard Ticks and Soft Ticks. This species of Ticks alter their hosts to feed their blood along which these transmit the microbes.

Lyme Disease is one of the major diseases caused due to tick bites. This disease produces a wide range of symptoms. The victim must not ignore the symptoms and opt for immediate medical attention. The impacts include facial paralysis, arthritis, fever, and rashes.
