Another common name for Cryptocheilus Bicolor is Orange Spider Wasp. The wasps in this species are large. The wasps have black and orange-yellow colored head, antennae, and legs. Eyes and thorax of the wasps are dark brown colored. Wings of the insects have orange and brown highlights. On its black abdomen, these insects have broad orange bands. The females grow up to 35mm long. These wasps target large spiders as prey, i.e., huntsman spiders and wolf spiders.
