Health Concern

The Beetle Pests don’t transmit any disease to human beings and pose no threats to health. Most of the beetle species don’t bite, but the species that feed on carcasses and plants have very powerful jaws. The beetles with strong jaws bite humans and the pets. The painful bites can cause itchiness, bumps, and rashes on the skin.
Apart from minimal health risks, the beetles are destructive for different household products as well as other products manufactured from a wide range of materials, i.e., fur, wool, leather, silk, etc. The beetles also feed on human scraps, animal food, and dried remaining of animals or plants. The beetles are also known to contaminate food products. These pests cause can cause extensive economic losses if not controlled at the right time.
