Lepismatidae is another species of Silverfish that is brownish with fine scales on its body. These pests dwell in warm conditions and get usually found in basements and attics. Lifespan of these creatures is from two to eight years. These creatures feed on silk, glue, cereal, etc. These species have multiple pairs of walking legs. This silverfish has two long antennas on its head and three tail-like projections at its abdominal region. It has a pair of compound eyes which get well separated from each other. The silverfish species is nocturnal and avoids direct light.
